I was chosen to represent PepsiCo India and create some nutritious and sumptuous desserts promoting health in India. The 'Make in India' week sparked a renewed sense of pride in the Indian industry by showcasing the potential of design, innovation and sustainability across various sectors including food. It was indeed a matter of pride to be associated with a project in this magnitude and responsibility. In the 5-day live kitchen named 'PepsiCo Flavor Lab', Icreated over 40 new and experimental creations using unusual sweet and savory ingredients to over 650+ in the audience on a twin session basis, daily

Long associated with each other, 5 Michelin star chef Vikas Khanna, gave me company on day 2 where both of us stirred in some measured chemicals and showcased'Molecular Gastronomy' using PepsiCo products.
