Chef Varun Inamdar was chosen to represent PepsiCo India at 'PepsiCo Flavor Lab', at Make in India initiated by PM Narendra Modi, to create some nutritious desserts promoting health in India.

Chef Varun Inamdar created over 50 new and experimental creations spread over 5 days using unusual sweet and savoury ingredients to over 6500+ in the audience daily in various batches.

Chef Varun Inamdar endeavour is to promote Ecuador as their Brand Ambassador in India since 2014. It is these efforts that have helped create awareness about the varietal and today the belt is a recognized source of quality cacao beans in the last two years. Ecuador has begun participating in international fairs representing this unique product with favorable response and chef Varun is at the helm of affairs.

BAPS Swaminarayan Khichadi

Chef Varun Inamdar being felicitated at BAPS Swaminarayan temple by temple-head Pujya Kothari Swamiji for his contribution to take Indian food culture to a wider audience.
