Later, he created a one-of-its-kind Chocolate Ganesha on a popular food channel on national television starting a chocolate idol trend in the country of sorts.

It was later, also covered by Brussels Airways which affirmed his position as 'The Prince of Cocoa'.
In fact, Chef Varun Inamdar is the only chef to be featured in an inflight infotainment magazine (b.inspired) to announce the launch of the Belgium
- Bombay direct flight. This indeed is a matter of immense pride as it reinstates his position as a chocolatier in the country.
